Mystery Man Sought After Pooping On Restaurant's Patio

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The Fredericksburg Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect captured on surveillance video walking across the patio area of Pueblos Restaurant. According to police, he pulled his pants down and defecated on the patio.
