New 2020-2021 VRE Parking Decals Will Be Available For Sale From April 1

New 2020-2021 VRE Parking Decals will go on sale effective April 1, 2020, through the Treasurer’s Office. This decal allows you preferred parking in the City Residents Only lot at the VRE Station. Your current decal is good through midnight, May 15. The cost is $2.00 per decal and you must reside in the 22401 zip code to purchase one (with the exception of Teagan Drive and Hudgins Farm Circle with a 22408 zip and a few properties on River Road with a 22407 zip that are located in City limits).

As City Hall is currently closed to the public and most offices are working with reduced staff, the recommended way to purchase the decal is online at www.fredericksburgva.gov, Online Payments, then select the Online Payments link again. The decal will be mailed to your address of record within 2-3 business days.

For the placement of the decal this year, the City Police Department is requesting that you adhere the decal to the backside of your rearview mirror on either the left or right side making it visible through the windshield.
