Shooting Closed Northbound I-95 Tuesday Morning
Traffic was rerouted to Highway 1 most of Tuesday morning due to investigation by Virginia State Police.
A shooting incident near mile marker 124 on Interstate 95 closed all northbound lanes in Spotsylvania County for most of Tuesday morning as Virginia State Police investigated the scene.
As of 12:45, one lane was still closed, with major delays, but traffic was moving.
