Paris Banh Mi​ Cafe Bakery Now Open In Fredericksburg: Report

The Paris Banh Mi​ chain of bakery shops originated in Orlando, Florida and has locations coast to coast.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Local couple Annie and Tony Nguyen recently opened their Paris Banh Mi Cafe Bakery in Fredericksburg’s Central Park shopping center, according to the Fredericksburg Business News.

Located at the former home of Shane's Rib Shack at 1150 Carl D Silver Parkway, the restaurant offers, "Mouthwatering baguettes, croissants, and buns are filled with grilled pork, ham, and sausage," along with other Vietnamese fare, according to FBN.

"Paris Banh Mi Cafe Bakery Paris Banh Mi Cafe Bakery was founded by Hien Tran who grew up in Paris, France and Doan Nguyen who owned a chain of bakery shops in Saigon, Viet Nam," according to the company's website. "The first store was open in Orlando, Florida and quickly has grown into a chain of stores located from coast to coast, California to Florida."
