Partial Lockdown Lifted at Stafford Elementary School

STAFFORD, VA — The partial lockdown at Anthony Burns Elementary School and Hampton Oaks Elementary Schools has been lifted. From Stafford County Public Schools: ". . .Students will resume normal activities. Please be assured student and staff safety is a top priority for Stafford County Public Schools. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

The Stafford County Sheriff's Office had been looking for an armed robbery suspect thought to possibly be in the area.
