Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Vehicle in Stafford: Police
Bruce Ritchie Brenner was hit and killed by a vehicle last Thursday while walking in the area of 513 Garrison Road. Driver wasn't charged.
STAFFORD, VA — A man was hit and killed by a vehicle last Thursday while walking in the area of 513 Garrisonville Road, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Bruce Ritchie Brenner, 61, of no fixed address, was hit around 7 p.m. The driver wasn't charged.
Renner was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
