Person Arrested For 'Annoying Phone Calls' in Fredericksburg: Police

The calls were made to a person in Norfolk from a city resident, according to Fredericksburg Police. No word about proper phone etiquette.

FREDERICKBURG, VA — Among the items on Thursday's daily crime report by Fridericksburg Police was this one, under the "arrests" category:

* Mel Terembres, 44, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of annoying phone calls. *

Fredericksburg Police spokesman Sarah Kirkpatrick said the complaint came from a person in Norfolk, who told police of repeated and harassing phone calls from Terembres.

No word about proper phone etiquette.
