Police: Identity Sought in Mall Battery Investigation

Investigators are hoping that security footage can help identify a man who may have information in a battery case at Spotsylvania Town Center.

The subject is described as a white male wearing a cowboy boots and a black T-shirt and jeans.

The incident occurred Friday in the Macy’s department store, according to a Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office bulletin.
