Police Seeking Clubhouse Burglar In Fredericksburg

Authorities are looking for a man who broke into the Townsend Square apartment complex clubhouse early Monday: Fredericksburg Police.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Authorities are looking for a man who broke into the Townsend Square apartment complex clubhouse in the wee hours of Monday morning, according to Fredericksburg Police. He's described as Hispanic with dark hair and dark facial hair. He left the scene in an SUV, possibly a Honda Pilot.

Around 2 a.m., an officer responded to the scene for an alarm activation and found that the front door to the clubhouse had been forced open. Other units then responded but no one was found inside. However, video surveillance provided the aforementioned details about the subject. He's wanted for both burglary and breaking and entering.
