Police: Suspect Sought in Wal-Mart Shoplifting Incident

The Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office is hoping that the public can help identify a shoplifting suspect.

Surveillance images show the man leaving the Massaponax Wal-Mart around 8 p.m. Wednesday.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5’10” tall. He was wearing a baggy leather varsity-style black jacket with red stripes on the shoulder and a black baseball cap worn backwards.

The suspect was driving a silver 4-door sedan.
