Police: Teen Arrested After Jogger Groped
Victim was jogging in the Park Ridge area, according to Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
A teen is in custody after a jogger reported being groped, according to Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
At 9:28 a.m., the victim told police that she was in the area of Blossom Court and Savannah Court in Park Ridge when a teenage male subject groped her and ran away.
Stafford deputies located the suspect within 15 minutes, according to a SCSO statement.

The teen was arrested without incident. Charges are pending.
