Workers fix electrical equipment at Garrisonville substation: Dominion spokeswoman.

STAFFORD, VA - A power outage Thursday morning left about 7,000 customers without electricity in Stafford County, according to Dominion Virginia Power, but it was quickly restored.
An equipment failure at a substation in Garrisonville led to the outage, according to Daisy Pridgen, a Dominion spokeswoman, and the power disruption was centered in that area.
Power company workers got the substation up and running again, and electricity was restored to all customers by 11:15 a.m., Pridgen said.
