Purse Thief Caught On Video In Fredericksburg: Police

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Authorities are looking for a man who stole a women's purse she accidentally left in a booth Tuesday at Panda Express, 1680 Carl D. Silver Parkway, according to Fredericksburg Police. He was identified through video surveillance as black, with dreadlocks, and wearing a tan hooded jacket, a dark shirt, white pants, a silver watch and a necklace.

Shortly before 1 p.m., the woman notified police about the incident, after which video surveillance footage was scanned. Anyone with information is urged to call Fredericksburg Police at 540-373-3122. Also in Friday's Fredericksburg Police crime report:

Larceny – Theft from Motor Vehicle:
1000 block Sophia Street, 12/28, 11:30 p.m. A citizen reported that an unknown person shattered
the front passenger-side window of his vehicle and stole his vehicle’s stereo system and cash. No
suspects or witnesses at this time.

Arrests:
Jones, Cleavell Dean Jr, 27, of Stafford County was arrested on a charge of failure to comply
with court order.

Alford, Angelica Lynn, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of obtaining money by
false pretenses.

Arsenault, Noble Yong, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of carnal knowledge of a
child between 13 and 15 years of age.

Smith-baumgardner, Mauricea D, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of conspiracy to
commit larceny and shoplifting.

Johnson, Evelyn Rosie, 54, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of conspiracy to commit
larceny and shoplifting.

Whitticar, Curtis Waterfield, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of driving with a
revoked license, driving under the influence of drugs, third offense, and hit and run.

Baum, Jawan Keontae Herbert, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of assault and
battery - family member.

Ellis, Raquan M, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of intent to distribute marijuana.

Beverly, Denotre Tyreese, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of driving on a revoked or suspended license, driving under the influence, first offense, hit and run, and refusal to submit a
breathalyzer/blood test.

Misghinna, Daniel, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public swearing or
intoxication.

Mchale, Matthew C, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of fugitive from justice.

Chew, Lavon Antonio, 29, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of driving on a revoked or
suspended license, driving under the influence, first offense, and three charges of hit and run.

Smith, Frank David, 61, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of alcohol by
interdicted person.

Randolph, Crystal Denise, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested on two charges of failure to
comply with court order.

Kurz, Ronald Allen, 48, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public swearing or
intoxication.

Coluzzi, Kyle Anthony, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested on three charges of conspiracy to
commit larceny and a charge of shoplifting.

Carter, Brandon Jamal, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of driving with a revoked
license, driving under the influence, first offense, hit and run, and possession of marijuana.

Barra, Natascha Candice, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on charges of driving on a revoked
