Rescue Me: Hambone Is A Cat With Champion Snuggle Skills

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Hambone is an 8-year-old cat available for adoption at the Fredericksburg SPCA. This senior fella appreciates a good cuddle and a good hidey hole.

It's easy to fall in love with Hambone at first sight.

"We just can't get enough of Hambone and his little teefers," the Fredericksburg SPCA said.

Hambone is an expressive guy, which makes him photogenic as can be. It's hard not to want a smile when you see Hambone's goofy self.

"His silly smile and expressions are something we love being greeted by - and we can't wait until this senior gentle-cat finds a family of his own," the SPCA said. "Hambone loves a cozy hidey bed to snuggle up in, but once he hears you coming he will happily seek you out for pets and attention."

Hambone also gets along well with other cats.

"He has helped other shy cats in our care feel safe, and makes an excellent nap buddy," the SPCA said.
