Rescue Me: Luigi Is An Old Dog, But Love Is Ageless
Luigi, an 11-year-old dog at the Fredericksburg SPCA, is great with kids and cats and is looking for a retirement home.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — There's no age limit on the love of a pet. Luigi, an 11-year-old dog available through the Fredericksburg SPCA, knows that better than anyone.
Luigi is currently in a foster home. There, he gets along well with kids and cats.
"He loves to give tender kisses and lounge with his feline friends in his foster home," the Fredericksburg SPCA. "He also has been known to watch over the kids in the home and will gently persuade them to stay within the safety limits of the yard."

Luigi is basically the perfect dog, according to the Fredericksburg SPCA. He could fit in well in almost any household. He just needs a place to spend his golden years.
