Rescue Me: Myrtle The Cat Is A Sweet Little Lady In Need Of A Home

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Myrtle is a sweet, laid-back little lady available for adoption at the Fredericksburg SPCA. This cat's name speaks to her old soul.

"She is looking for a place to relax and meet new friends. Myrtle is curious and loves to explore and play," the Fredericksburg SPCA said. "She's trained her whole life for the search and rescue of any treats you hide - and is always successful!"

Myrtle doesn't ask for much. She enjoys scritches on the butt and a good place to relax.

"She can usually be found lying about in a nice comfy spot just taking it easy! Give her some butt scritches and you'll be her new bestie," the Fredericksburg SPCA said. "She enjoys the company of other kitties though she's a fairly independent gal."
