"If that's not your sign to adopt, we don't know what is," the Fredericksburg SPCA told Patch.
Spencer is an ideal Valentine's Day date: exceptional at cuddling, incredibly affectionate, and fond of fine dining. He fits perfectly in any lap.

"Spencer can only be described as a happy, playful goofball," the Fredericksburg SPCA said. "He is amazing with other dogs, so if you are looking to add to your four-legged fam, Spencer would love to meet some friends!"
SPCA staff described Spencer as rambunctious and energetic. If you already have a dog who needs to burn off some energy, Spencer could be a great addition to the family.

"He told us that his main requirement for adoption is to, of course, always have lots of toys around," the Fredericksburg SPCA told Patch.
