'Retro-Modern' Entertainment Venue Plans Spring 2020 Opening
Reclaim Arcade describes itself as "a unique retro-modern entertainment venue" with self-pour beer, wine, and cider taps.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A new entertainment venue plans to open in spring 2020 in Fredericksburg's Gateway Center shopping area on Route 3. The business, called Reclaim Arcade, will be located at 2324 Plank Road (Route 3), near the I-95 interchange.
Reclaim Arcade describes itself as "a unique retro-modern entertainment venue merging popular vintage arcade games and pinball of the 70s, 80s, and 90s with a modern atmosphere that includes innovative self-pour beer, wine, and cider taps."
The new entertainment venue will be moving into the space that has been home to CoWork Fredericksburg for the past two years. CoWork recently announced that Dec. 20 would be its last day in the space. CoWork offered memberships for workspace, conference rooms, mailboxes and event space. The space is located in the same strip mall as a dental clinic called Fredericksburg Smile Center.

Reclaim Arcade said in a recent blog post that the arcade and bar will be inspired by a "Blade Runner-esque aesthetic." The venue will have at least 30 taps of a wide variety of beer, cider and wine, and more than 50 arcade games and pinball machines. It will also have a service window where customers can pick up food and snacks.
