WOODBRIDGE, VA—A Fredericksburg man was arrested Tuesday after flashing a gun toward another driver during an apparent case of road rage in the area of Minnieville Road and Spriggs Road more than a month earlier, according to Prince William County Police. Jesse William Blair Lyon, 30, of the 100 block of Cropp Road in Fredericksburg was charged with brandishing.

Shortly before 6:30 a.m. on June 1, police reported to a report of "brandishing." The 25-year-old victim said he was stopped at a traffic light when a Chevrolet pickup pulled up beside him. The driver then flashed a handgun—pointed upward—and yelled something indicating his disapproval of the other man's driving.

Lyon then moved on while the man stopped at a nearby business and called police. Eventually, "a possible identity of the driver was developed." Turns out it was the right one, and police got a warrant, leading to Lyon's arrest during a traffic stop.
