Road Rage Terror In Stafford: Police
Two men were arrested Monday morning after terrorizing the occupants of another vehicle during a road rage incident in Stafford: SCSO.
STAFFORD, VA—Two men were arrested early Monday morning after terrorizing the occupants of another vehicle during a road rage incident around Jefferson Davis Highway, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Yovanny Abreu, 25, of Stafford, was charged with brandishing a firearm, concealed carry, reckless driving and stopping on a highway where dangerous.
Brent Amed Jones, 27, of Ruther Glen, was charged with brandishing a firearm, concealed carry and assault. Another person in the vehicle, Cody Allen Lillard, 23, of Stafford County, was charged with public intoxication.
Shortly before 1 a.m., police went to a Wawa at 72 Austin Park Drive, where the victims said they'd been driving east on Garrisonville Road when a dark vehicle pulled up beside them. The occupants, they said, began yelling at them.

Then, on Jefferson Davis Highway near Comfort Inn and Suites, the suspects caught up to the vehicle. One of them flashed a gun. They then pulled in front of the vehicle and stopped. Jones got out and punched one of the victims in the face about five times.
Police later found the suspects in the vehicle at Cambridge Street and Truslow Road.
