Two area locations, in Spotsylvania and Stafford, will be included in the deal expected to be complete by October.

After nearly four decades in the Fredericksburg area, Rosner Auto Group founder Ron Rosner has reached a deal to sell his Toyota dealerships to Fairfax-based Sheehy Auto Stores.
On Tuesday, Rosner, 69, told the Free Lance-Star that he's not retiring but "slowing down" to focus more on his health and working on classic cars.
Expected to be finalized in October, the deal includes the dealerships at 3507 Jefferson Davis Highway in Spotsylvania County and 95 Garrison Road in Stafford.
