Rotary Club Accepting Letters To Santa In Downtown Fredericksburg
The Rappahannock Fredericksburg Rotary Club placed a Santa's Mailbox on the corner of Caroline and George streets in Fredericksburg.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The Rappahannock Fredericksburg Rotary Club has placed a Santa’s Mailbox on the corner of Caroline and George streets in downtown Fredericksburg.
The red mailbox will be located near the children's store FORT To-Go through Dec. 18. All letters will receive a note from Santa, with Rotary Club members helping Santa respond, as long as children include their return address.
Among the many other holiday events and activities in Fredericksburg, the city is holding its annual Christmas Parade on Saturday between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. in the Central Park area. The parade will be a free drive-thru event where attendees get to view the floats and participants.
