Santa Claus To Get Police Escort Through Fredericksburg Streets

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Santa Claus is coming to the City of Fredericksburg. Next week, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus will visit several neighborhoods around the city with a police escort from the Fredericksburg Police Department.

The Clauses will visit neighborhoods on Dec. 14, 15, and 16 to say hello once more before the Christmas holiday.

Here is a full list of neighborhoods that Santa will visit with the Fredericksburg Police Department and the sheriff's office:

• Tuesday, Dec. 14
  • 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Cowan Boulevard corridor, Fall Hill Avenue corridor, Normandy Village, Upper College Heights
• Wednesday, Dec. 15
  • 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Route 3 corridor, Idlewild subdivision, Route 1 corridor south on Route 3 and the surrounding area, Hudgin Farms Circle
• Thursday, Dec. 16
  • Lafayette Boulevard corridor, Mayfield subdivision, Downtown district, Lower College Heights, Greenbrier area
