FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Sheehy Subaru of Fredericksburg recently distributed winter coats to children at Stafford Junction. This action was part of the national Subaru Loves to Help campaign. The initiative is a component of the Subaru Love Promise.

The coats, valued at $3,300, provided warmth to 132 children during the winter season. This effort was made possible through Subaru’s partnership with Operation Warm. Operation Warm is a nonprofit organization focused on ensuring children have access to new, warm coats.

DJ Bruce, General Manager of Sheehy Subaru of Fredericksburg, commented on the donation. “Access to something as vital as a warm coat can make a powerful difference in a child’s life, especially during harsh winter weather,” Bruce said. He added that Sheehy Subaru is proud to support organizations like Stafford Junction through Subaru Loves to Help. Bruce noted that these organizations work to care for children and families in the community.
