Shooting Reported On I-95 In Stafford County: Police
Virginia State Police is investigating a shooting that occurred on I-95 in Stafford County on Thursday evening.
STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — Authorities are investigating a shooting that occurred on Interstate 95 in Stafford County on Thursday evening.
One driver suffered minor injuries in the shooting, Virginia State Police officials said. They received treatment at a local hospital. Authorities did not provide any identifying information about the victim's age, gender, or hometown.
State police officials have not made any arrests in connection with the shooting. The shooter was driving a a silver Toyota Corolla, according to state troopers.

The shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday on northbound I-95 near mile marker 143. The driver of a Mercedes reported that the Toyota pulled up alongside it before firing several gunshots. The Toyota then drove away, authorities said.
