Solarize Fredericksburg Simplifies Solar Installation Process
Through Sept. 15, Fredericksburg area residents can receive a free solar satellite assessment and gain access to discounted prices.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The City of Fredericksburg’s Clean & Green Commission has launched a Solarize Fredericksburg campaign in partnership with the Local Energy Alliance Program.
The Solarize Fredericksburg program runs through Sept. 15 in the city and surrounding area.
The Solarize Fredericksburg program reduces the cost and complexity of installing solar panels by providing a one-stop shop for education and installation. Through a competitive bidding process, LEAP selected Ipsun Solar as its campaign installer for 2021.

Through Sept. 15, Fredericksburg residents can sign up to receive a free solar satellite assessment and gain access to discounted prices. LEAP provides ongoing customer support and education throughout the process to make the experience as streamlined as possible.
Home and business owners interested in exploring their solar options can sign up at www.solarizeva.org. Registration is free and requires no commitment until a contract is signed with an installer.
