In raid, detectives found him carrying "a substantial amount" of the substance, says sheriff's office.

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA — A narcotics investigation by the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office has led to the arrest of a local man who is accused of selling cocaine, Sheriff Roger L. Harris announced Thursday. Curtis J. Santiago, 29, has been charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, and he's being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
