Stabbing At McDonald’s On Emancipation Highway Investigated By Fredericksburg Police
Fredericksburg police said the suspect left on foot and the weapon was recovered at the scene near Eagle Village.
FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Fredericksburg police are investigating a stabbing at the McDonald’s on Emancipation Highway near Eagle Village, according to a statement the department posted to its official Facebook page just before 1 a.m. Sunday.
The suspect was described as a light-skinned Hispanic male with a short, puffy afro, about 6 feet tall and 150 to 160 pounds, and around 25 years old, according to police. The suspect may have been wearing a McDonald’s employee shirt and black pants.
Police reported that the suspect left on foot in an unknown direction. The department also said the weapon had been recovered at the scene and that the suspect was believed to be unarmed.

In its statement, the department said there was an increased police presence in the area of College Heights. No additional details about the victim, the circumstances of the stabbing or the suspect’s identity were included in the post.
