STAFFORD, VA — While many area Christmas parades already have been staged, here's a holdout — and it comes a week before Christmas Eve.
It's the Stafford Christmas Parade, and the theme this year is "Christmas Memories."
It begins 5 p.m. Saturday and begins on Black Hawk Drive before ending Hospital Center Boulevard.
