Stafford County Public Schools Makes March 2 Weather Call

STAFFORD, VA—Because of ferocious winds and the possibility of downed trees and power lines, Stafford County Schools will be closed Friday, March. 2.

Here's the official statement: "All Stafford County Public Schools and offices are closed on Friday, March 2, 2018 due to warnings of high winds causing dangerous bus travel, possible downed trees and power lines with outages. Employees are on a Code 1, which means only essential personnel report to work. "
