Stafford High School Bands Perform To Benefit Local Food Bank

All five Stafford County high school bands perform at 7 p.m. tonight. Admission is free with a non-perishable food item.

STAFFORD, VA — Musicians from all five Stafford County high schools will band together tonight to help collect donations for the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank. At 7 p.m., bands from Brooke Point, Colonial Forge, Mountain View, North Stafford and Stafford high schools will perform together on the Mountain View football field, 2135 Mountain View Rd. in Stafford.

The public is invited to attend the performance. Admission is free with the donation of a non-perishable food item. This year’s goal is to provide 45,000 meals for communities benefited by the Regional Food Bank.

In addition, community businesses will present donations to the five high school drum majors and the Regional Food Bank. Following the on-field presentations, the grand finale will feature all five high school marching bands performing as one.
