Stafford Police: Teen Wanted on Robbery Charges

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is urging the public to be on the lookout for Juwan Ellison Harris, 18. He is currently wanted in Stafford for robbery, conspiracy to commit a felony and use/display of a firearm in commission of a felony.

A black man, Harris is described as 6 feet tall and weighing 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
