Stafford Sport&Health Now Onelife Fitness

US Fitness Holdings's Stafford Sport&Health has been renovated and rebranded to join their Onelife Fitness brand. US Fitness converted the Stafford location to be their nineteenth Onelife Fitness brand in Virginia.

A million-dollar renovation spearheaded by US Fitness Co-chairmen (and Washington-area natives) John and Kirk Galiani updated the club with improvements that include:

• Expanded turf workout area;
• Zone 4 high-intensity interval training;
• New free weight and functional training area;
• State-of-the-art cardio equipment with personal viewing screens;
• New functional training/circuit stations;
• Explosive Performance athlete training program;
• Keiser functional training cable cross;
• Matric functional cage;
• Hoist motion cage, and more!

After converting 8 DC-area Sport&Health locations to the Onelife Fitness brand in January, the Stafford renovation is the next step taken by US Fitness Holdings to further the Onelife brand in the mid-Atlantic region.
