Suspected Rapist Along Kings Highway Arrested in N.C.: Police
Roberto Carlos Flores Sibrian, 26, of no fixed address, was charged with rape and aggravated sexual battery in Stafford incident.

STAFFORD, VA — A man suspected of raping a young woman for two hours Oct. 31 after pulling her from her vehicle following an early morning accident and dragging her into a nearby ditch in the area of Kings Highway and Sherwood Forest Farm Road was arrested Thursday in North Carolina, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Roberto Carlos Flores Sibrian, 26, of no fixed address, was charged with rape and aggravated sexual battery.
He was arrested at a construction site in Sanford, N.C.

Sometime around 2:45-3:15 a.m., both vehicles were traveling east, and the suspect's vehicle hit the victim's before he forcibly removed her from the vehicle and dragged her into the ditch and began the long sexual assault.
When the suspect left, the victim walked back to her vehicle and called 911 from her cell phone but a deputy had just arrived at the scene.
