Teen Killed in Plane Crash Sunday Morning
Spotsylvania boy, 16, was the pilot and only occupant of the plane in Orange County crash, according to Virginia State Police.

The crash of a single-engine plane in Orange County early Sunday took the life of the pilot, a Spotsylvania teen, according to Virginia State Police.
The pilot was identified as Ryan Lee McCall, 16. He was pronounced dead at the crash scene.

Virginia State Police arrived on the scene at 9:44 a.m. Sunday. The plane, a 1974 Piper model PA28140 single-engine, fixed-wing aircraft had crashed in a field east of the Orange County Airport.
The cause of the crash has not been determined, according to Virginia State Police.
