Teen Stabbed During Fight In Stafford County: Police

STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — A 19-year-old man was stabbed during a fight on Friday evening, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Now, police are looking for more information about the attacker.

Authorities did not identify the victim by name, but they said he received medical treatment at Mary Washington Hospital.

The sheriff's office has not identified any suspects in connection with the fight or the stabbing.

Deputies learned of the fight on Charles Street around 9:30 p.m. on Friday. Witnesses told police that a group of teenagers were arguing before the fight broke out.

During the fight, the victim was stabbed multiple times, police said.

"The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office needs your help in identifying the attacker," the sheriff's office wrote on Facebook. "Anyone with information, or has video of the incident, is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 540-658-4400."
