The office, its third location, is located at 10708 Ballantraye Drive, Suite 204, near the intersection of Courthouse Road and South Point Parkway. This office will provide residential and commercial title and settlement services for Spotsylvania, Caroline and the surrounding areas. The office manager, Michelle Marks Cleland, has more than 20 years experience in the local title and settlement industry
