Thief Caught In The Act In Fredericksburg: Police

FREDERICKSBURG, VA—A video surveillance camera caught a man swipe a fellow customer's cell phone Saturday afternoon in a BP gas station at 2216 Plank Road, according to Fredericksburg Police.

Around 3 p.m., a man reported he put his iPhone on the counter and momentarily forgot about. When he went back to get it, it was gone. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 540-373-3122.
