Thieves Raid Restaurant Register

BURGLARY:
Panaderia-Aury, 3345 Fall Hill Ave, Sept. 2 11:45 p.m. – Sept. 3 5:00 a.m. An employee at a neighboring business reported that a window was broken at the restaurant. Officers checked the premises and found that entry had been made through the window and the cash register and its contents were missing. The damaged cash register was later located in the woods behind Chadwick Court. The investigation is ongoing.
1900 block Charles St, Sept. 1 – Sept. 5 11:00 a.m. The property owner reported that a window screen was removed and a window opened on the unoccupied residence, and it appeared that an unknown person had been using the house as living quarters. The investigation is ongoing.

PEEPING TOM:
300 block Maple Ct, Sept. 3 12:45 a.m. A resident reported that she saw a male subject looking in through her bedroom window. The victim’s husband ran outside to confront the subject and saw a man wearing an orange shirt standing near the window; the unknown subject ran away from the scene but left a bicycle behind when he fled. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
Pitts Automotive, 2610 Princess Anne St, Sept. 1 – Sept. 2 1:30 p.m. A customer reported that the registration stickers were stolen from his vehicle while the car was left at the shop for repairs. No suspects or witnesses at this time.Hard Times Café, 314 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Sept. 2 10:00 p.m. A patron reported that his wallet was stolen from the bar. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
100 block Caroline St, Aug. 27 – Sept. 3 6:00 p.m. A resident reported that the GPS was stolen from her unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
400 block Riverside Manor Blvd, Aug. 8 – Sept. 1 6:40 p.m. A resident reported that several items of clothing were stolen from her room, and she later found those items for re-sale at Plato’s Closet. The investigation is ongoing.
V ANDALISM:
American Indoor Karting, 1400 Central Park Blvd, Aug. 2 – Sept. 2 10:30 p.m. A property manager reported that graffiti was spray painted on and around the dumpster at the rear of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Magic Bullet Skateboards, Sept. 4 11:00 a.m. A neighbor reported that a pane of glass was broken from a window at the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1100 block Prince Edward St, Sept. 2 8:00 p.m. – Sept. 4 2:00 p.m. The president of Tree Fredericksburg reported that the watering system around one of their newly planted trees was damaged. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1100 block Prince Edward St, Sept. 3 7:00 p.m. – Sept. 4 2:45 p.m. A resident reported that a window on his vehicle was broken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Jared Pullam, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 900 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.
Kimberly Jordan, 31, of Stafford was arrested in the 1500 block of Princess Anne St.
Mary Perkins, 37, of Stafford was arrested in the 1000 block of Tyler St.
ARRESTS:
Amanda Fletcher, 30, of Stafford was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging her with failure to comply with a court order.
Jarrett Simpkins, 21, of no fixed address was arrested for felony uttering and obtaining money by false pretenses.
Rodney Bundy, 37, of Spotsylvania was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Henry Sealock, 47, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.
Justine Mayo, 18, of Springfield was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and shoplifting from Target.
Juvenile female, 16, was arrested for shoplifting from Target and possession of marijuana.
Cedric Shorter, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Spotsylvania charging him with larceny, forgery, and uttering, and on a warrant from Norfolk charging him with probation violation.
Brandon Jones, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.
Marcellus Holley, 19, of Chantilly was arrested for public intoxication.
Quinton Allen, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery, destruction of property, and preventing a person from calling 911.
Hai Truong, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested for felony hit and run.
Thomas Sandler, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from the Virginia State Police charging him with domestic assault and battery.
Michael Coleman, 32, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from the U.S. Marshal’s Office charging him with violation of parole.
Carlos Perez, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.
Juan Torres-Jorge, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.
Michael Girardin, 56, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Richmond County charging him with failure to appear in court.
Britnee Marshall, 20, of Stafford was arrested for possession of marijuana and shoplifting from Walmart.
Ashley Marshall, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Juvenile female, 16, was arrested for shoplifting from Target.
