Three Juveniles Caught Stealing From Vehicles in Stafford: Police
They were wearing all black clothing with white masks, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, and one suspect remains at large.

STAFFORD, VA — Three juveniles wearing black clothes and white masks were caught stealing things from unlocked vehicles early Tuesday morning on Kings Crest Drive, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
A 14-year-old boy was charged with credit card theft, entering or setting in motion a vehicle, obstructing justice, petit larceny, possession of concealed weapons, tampering with vehicles and possession of marijuana.
A second suspect was charged with the same, and the third suspect remains at large.

Shortly before 3 a.m., police responded to a report of suspicious persons seen breaking into vehicles. After canvassing the area, they saw three people matching the descriptions on Brenwick Court. The suspects fled on foot despite being ordered to stop.
Police caught up to the 14-year-old and detained, after which a search found an MK Clutch purse, a five-inch knife with a sheath, marijuana and several credit cards and receipts that didn't belong to him. He also identified the two other juvenile suspects.

One of them was spotted along Kings Drive and ran away while also dropping a backpack in a wooded area behind Potomac Hills Road. It contained multiple knives, a pellet gun, smoking devices and a "Citizen" brand watch.
He eventually was caught on a path near Cliff Circle.
