Business has taken off and in June the company moved into 6,318 square feet of space on Houser Drive just off Lafayette Boulevard to design and build his little 8- by 24-foot creations that sit atop trailers for easy transport.

"I try not to invest in anything unless I think I can give it a run," Angstadt said with a chuckle Monday, adding he's on track to complete 30 units this year.
His tiny houses are bona fide houses and built to code. Depending on how elaborate a customer wants them, they can sell for as little as $20,000 to as much as $80,000 or even more.
