Closure just south of railroad tracks to replace sewer manhole expected to last through January, will route traffic through VRE lots.

Work in the roadway beginning Jan. 6 is expected to close the intersection of Charles Street and Frederick Street through the month of January, according to an alert from VRE.

Crews working just south of the railroad track will be replacing the sewer manhole in the intersection and other related work. Charles Street will also be closed at Lafayette Boulevard.
