Two Arrested For Shooting Death in Stafford: Police
They were charged with first degree murder in the Jan. 22 death of Jorge Leonardo Melo, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
STAFFORD, VA — Two men were arrested over the weekend for the Jan. 22 shooting death of Jorge Leonardo Melo, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Ronald Antonio Silvestre Torres, 23, was arrested Saturday afternoon on Eustace Road.
Juan Pablo Rubio, 21, was arrested Friday night on Whitson's Run.

Both are charged with first degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
The case began with no leads or suspects, but Stafford police were aided by the U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Prince William County Police and the Maryland State Police.
