Bledsoe cited the lack of a fixed address as a reason Haskins and Hart been difficult to track down.
A Fredericksburg Police crime report states the two 16-year-olds went to Nader’s to buy drinks, and after making their purchases were followed outside by two adult males with whom the teenagers were unfamiliar.
Upon exiting Nader’s, one of the men forced the boys against a wall and demanded they empty their pockets. The boys possessed nothing of value and were let go by robbers.
The investigating officer was able to identify the subjects, and Haskins now faces two counts of robbery while Hart faces two counts of attempted robbery.
