VA Senior Citizens Day Day 2019 Deals: Dining, Retailers, Movies

VIRGINIA — Restaurants, department and discount stores, and other retailers across DC and northern Virginia are celebrating National Senior Citizens Day on Aug. 21 with specials from free food to discounts on clothing, travel, movie tickets and more. Deals range from discounts at Applebee's, Dunkin' and IHOP to movie chains AMC and Regal Cinemas, plus deals at Belk, CJ Banks and Kohl's.

Some of the senior discounts are offered regularly, while others are only good this week.
