Virginia's Phase Three Reopening

On July 1, Virginia enters into Governor Northam’s Phase Three plan which includes lifting many 50% capacity limitations on restaurants and retail establishments. Despite positive tests continuing downward trends in the commonwealth, some states are experience increases in positive tests so proactive steps need to be continued to limit the spread.

The City of Fredericksburg continues to strongly urge strict adherence’s to universally recognized COVID-19 best practices to include: social distancing (stay 6 feet apart), stay home if sick or a high risk citizen, following aggressive hygiene measures (wash your hands often), wear a mask when in the company of others and inside public buildings.
