Water for Everyone!

Keep Yourself and Your Children Hydrated                                                    

Water is essential to maintain a healthy body. It is your main ingredient. Without water, your blood would not be able to transport oxygen, your white blood cells could not fight off infection, your kidneys could not get rid of waste and your sweat wouldn’t be present to cool you down. No questions about it, water is vital to life.  

So why not teach this to your children by switching their juices and sodas for a glass a water a few times a day? It will help their bodies perform to the best of its ability and later in life it won’t be such a chore but rather a part of their healthy lifestyle.
