'Wine By The Lake' Festival Saturday In Spotsylvania

SPOTSYLVANIA, VA — A little vino, a little music, a little food and a large body of water all are on tap Saturday at Lake Anna for the last official weekend of the summer. It's the 3rd annual "Wine by the Lake" wine festival, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., 6800 Lawyers Road. Area restaurants and wineries will be represented with a wide variety of offerings.

It's not free, mind you. Until Friday, adult tickets will be $25 until going up to $30 the day of the event. Kid under 16 get in free, and folks 16-20 get in for $10. But with your price of admission to the event, you will receive a sample wine glass and free samples from all the wineries on hand.
