Woman Arrested In Fredericksburg Restroom Sexual Assault Case

Police said 31-year-old Nikesha Roy is facing multiple charges in connection with a weekend sexual assault at a Fredericksburg restaurant.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Police have arrested a 31-year-old woman in connection with multiple sexual assaults that occurred in the bathroom of a Fredericksburg Buffalo Wild Wings. Nikesha Roy, of Montross, Va., turned herself in and is currently being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.

According to police, Roy is accused of sexually assaulting two women in the bathroom of the restaurant, located at 1638 Carl D. Silver Pkwy. The two separate assaults happened at the restaurant during an event, police said.

According to police, the victims — who did not know one another — reported that Roy approached them at the restaurant around midnight and 1:30 a.m., respectively. Roy acted intoxicated and asked for the victims' help going to the bathroom.

Both victims took Roy to the restroom and were then sexually assaulted, police said. One of the victims captured video footage of Roy exiting the restaurant.

Roy is now facing four charges of sexual battery, one charge of sexual object penetration and one charge of attempted sexual object penetration.
