Woman Shot In Stomach In Fredericksburg Parking Lot: Police

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A woman was shot in the stomach in a Fredericksburg parking lot on Tuesday morning, according to the Fredericksburg Police Department. Police found the woman in the parking lot outside of a shopping complex in the 300 block of Emancipation Highway.
